The Model 323 support bracket is a split-type double-ear bearing housing engineered for Φ320 series electric motorized pulleys. Manufacturing Process

Installation Notes

• Clean all boring residue and burrs from the bearing bore before installation to prevent scratching the drum bearing outer ring.
• Ensure tight mating of split surfaces; tighten bolts evenly in diagonal sequence to prevent bearing seat deformation.
• Both side brackets must be horizontally aligned to ensure drum main shaft coaxiality and prevent uneven wear.
• Regularly grease with lithium-based lubricant to prevent bearing dry-running corrosion.
• Do not lift with single-side bracket overload — load must be evenly distributed across both double-ear mounting holes.

Packaging

Single finished parts: Individual bubble wrap, layered carton boxes with dividers, palletized with waterproof stretch film. Bulk raw castings: Bare pallet stacking with waterproof tarpaulin cover. Precision-finished parts shipped in independent carton boxes.
